OUR SKILLS
I am good at drawing. Since I was in primary school, I have always enjoyed it. Since I was a little, I have liked drawing because it helps me relax and calm down. When I was a child, I use to draw my mommy and my daddy.
I learn by watching tutorials on YouTube, because there are many tutorials there and a lot of people share their drawings. Drawing makes me feel calm and relaxed, and I think it is my favorite hobby.

I’ve loved art since I was a little girl. The first person I saw enjoying this skill was my dad, who taught me creativity and imagination. A few years ago, I spent my afternoons watching tutorials and learning drawing techniques online. Many of those lessons are still in my old notebooks and on my bedroom walls. Nowadays, I hardly pick up a pencil, but that skill is still alive in my mind, creating worlds and figures with shadows and colors. Recently, I’ve been considering returning to that beautiful passion.

In today’s post, I’m sharing something very special to me: taking care of animals. I’ve been interested in animals and everything about them since I was very young. It was easy for me to learn because I used to live in the countryside, where I spent most of my time watching animals, and sometimes I had to take care of them, which helped me gain experience. One of my proudest moments was when I saw a cow give birth to a calf and when I had the opportunity to milk a cow for the first time; another special moment was when I took care of some chicks from a wild bird. Right now I only take care of my pet, but I want to keep learning about animals because my dream is to become a great veterinarian and zootechnician. I was mainly inspired by my family, who always take care of and respect animals, and also by the many cases of abandoned pets as well as the hunting and commercialization of wild animals. This skill is for everyone, as long as they have empathy, love, and respect for animals. You can learn it by starting at home, taking care of your own pets and learning about their needs, and you can also find a lot of information on the internet, in blogs about pet´s care, or even by volunteering in animal shelters.

I have learned two skills: makeup and dancing. I learned makeup with the help of my sister, who taught me some tricks like how to apply foundation, use eye shadow, and combine colors. At first it was a little difficult, but with practice I started to do it better. I enjoy trying new styles and experimenting with different looks.
I learned dancing by myself, practicing with music and watching videos. Sometimes I copy the steps and repeat them until I can do them well, and other times I just dance freely to enjoy the rhythm. Dancing makes me feel energetic and happy, and it also helps me relax after a long day.
For me, these skills are very important because they help me express my creativity, have fun, and feel more confident. I like practicing both, and I hope to keep improving in the future.

I learned mathematics with my teachers at school and with the help of some online videos. I practiced exercises every day solved problems, and asked question when I didn't understand something.
I learned at school, at home, and sometimes in the library when I needed a quiet place to study. I started learning mathematics in primary school, but I have improved a lot in high school.
I learned mathematics bacause it helps me to solve real-life problems, develop logical thinking, and prepare for my future studies. In the future, I want to study mathematics because I want to teach and pass on what I know to others. And gob willing, I want to continue studying everything related to mathematics.

My skill is dancing. I really like it because it helps me relax and is good for my health. It also helps me coordinate, knowing the steps.
Sometimes I get lost in the choreography, but it's part of the process, since every time I make a mistake, the choreography becomes easier for me.
Since I was a child, I have been interested in crafts. I have always liked creating things such as cards or gifts. I learned by watching tutorials, TV programs, and craft videos. The moment that makes me the proudest is when I see people receiving my gift and they tell me that they loved it and that it looked very beautiful. Recently, I made a decorated box with red paper. Inside, it had sweets and a sweater. In addition, I am planning to make a ceramic piece and paint it together. I get inspired by watching videos. Every video I see is an inspiration, and I save it for the moment when I can make it and get all the materials. It also depends on how important the people are to me.

One of the most useful skills I have learned is cooking. I started about three years ago, when I decided to help more at home.
My mother was the first person who taught me how to cook. She showed me the basics, like preparing rice, eggs, and pasta. Later, I began to watch tutorials and follow recipes from the internet. At the beginning it was not easy because I didn’t know how to cut or measure well, but step by step I improved.
Now, cooking has become something very important for me. It is not only a way to eat, but also a way to be independent and creative. I enjoy trying new recipes and sharing food with my family.
If you want to learn to cook, my advice is: start simple, be patient, and don’t be afraid of making mistakes, because every dish teaches you something new.

One of the best skills I have learned is dancing. I started learning Sanjuanero and other types of dances a few years ago, mostly in school activities and cultural festivals.
I learned thanks to my teachers and also with the support of my family and friends. At first it was difficult because the steps were fast and I had to remember the choreography, but little by little I improved. Practicing many times, listening to the rhythm, and watching other performances helped me a lot.
Now, dancing is more than a hobby. The Sanjuanero makes me feel proud of my culture, and other dances give me confidence and energy. When I dance, I can express myself, have fun, and even help some classmates to learn.
If you want to learn this skill, my advice is: practice often, enjoy the music, and don’t be afraid of making mistakes.

I discovered long ago that cooking is much more than preparing food: it is a way to express creativity, love, and dedication. I am passionate about mixing ingredients, experimenting with flavors, and giving each recipe my personal touch. Cooking makes me happy because it not only nourishes the body but also warms the soul of those who enjoy my dishes. Every meal I create is an opportunity to share, learn, and surprise.
But besides flavors, I am also drawn to the world of beauty, especially the art of eyebrows and eyelashes. Even though I am still learning and improving my techniques, I feel excited with every new step in this journey. I believe that eyes can transmit confidence, security, and elegance, which is why I dedicate myself to growing every day in this craft.
The most beautiful thing about these two passions is that, even though they may seem different, they share something in common: both are about making people feel good. Through cooking, I bring warmth and joy, and through eyebrows and eyelashes, I enhance natural beauty and self-confidence.
This blog is a reflection of my process: what I already enjoy and master in the kitchen, and what I am still learning with dedication in the beauty world. I want to share my experiences, recipes, tips, and lessons, because I truly believe that growth is more meaningful when it is shared.

Dancing, for me, is a way to express myself and feel free. When I dance, I forget the embarrassment I sometimes feel when I'm in front of so many people. In those moments, I enjoy myself, I'm filled with energy, and I bring out the best in me. This skill reflects my joy, my confidence, and my perseverance.
English is also one of my most important skills. I like it because, although it's sometimes a challenge, I'm happy when I understand it, and I notice that I learn more every day. This skill represents my desire to improve myself, to grow, and to achieve new opportunities without limiting myself.
Finally, a special skill for me is cooking. I love cooking for others, experimenting with new recipes, and seeing my family's satisfaction when they enjoy the food. Cooking represents me because it's not only a hobby, but a way to express affection and do something I'm passionate about.
These three skills identify me because they show who I am: a passionate person who enjoys expressing myself, learning, and giving my best to others.

In my life, I discovered that cooking and beauty have a lot in common. Both are ways of creating, transforming, and conveying emotions.
When I cook, I don't just prepare food; I also tell stories through flavors. Each recipe is an opportunity to put love into what I do and share it with those around me.
In the world of beauty, especially with makeup, I find another way to express my creativity. With colors, textures, and styles, I can bring out the best in each person, showing that true beauty lies in daring to shine.
Cooking nourishes the body, and makeup nourishes confidence. Together, they allow me to unite two universes that define me: the art of savoring life and the art of feeling good about oneself. I've learned both skills little by little, and I'm happy with beauty and cooking.

Since I was a child, I have always been interested in animal health, although now I have even more motivation and knowledge to help them. This skill began to develop thanks to my dad, who has had all kinds of animals. He knows what to do and how to act to help them get better, and he has been a great guide for me. I have also learned a lot by watching videos made by veterinarians, which has helped complement my knowledge.
One of my greatest achievements has been healing serious wounds in dogs and cats. It’s a very rewarding experience to see how animals recover and become healthy again thanks to the care I give them. Currently, I continue learning and practicing, because my goal is to become a great veterinary doctor and animal scientist in order to help many more animals in the future.
My inspiration comes from my dad—watching how he cared for each animal with dedication awakened a strong curiosity and interest in me. Thanks to him, I discovered this skill that today is a very important part of my life.

I consider myself a versatile person with different skills and experiences. One of my main abilities is playing volleyball. This sport has taught me discipline, teamwork, and how to stay focused under pressure. I really enjoy being part of a team and giving my best effort in every match.
I also have professional skills as a barber. Cutting hair requires creativity, precision, and attention to detail, and I take pride in making people feel confident about their appearance.
Another strong point is my talent for mathematics. I am good at solving problems, working with numbers, and thinking logically. This ability helps me not only in academic contexts but also in daily life.
In addition, I have worked as a waiter, which gave me the opportunity to develop responsibility, patience, and good communication skills with customers. It also taught me how to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
Finally, I have good English pronunciation, which allows me to communicate more clearly and keep improving my language skills. I believe this is very important because it opens doors for future opportunities, both in studies and in work.

Two years ago, I decided to learn how to draw. At first, it was difficult because my drawings looked strange, but I practiced every day.
My art teacher at school helped me with shading and perspective, and I also watched tutorials on YouTube. Little by little, I improved and I started drawing faces, animals, and even my own characters.
Now, I love drawing because it helps me relax and express my creativity. Learning this skill showed me that patience and practice are the keys to success.
